Adjust Your Ergonomic Chair In This Order Before Replacing It
A decent chair can feel bad if the seat height, armrests, and lumbar are fighting each other.
Start With Feet And Seat Height
Feet should reach the floor or a footrest without pressure behind the knees. If the chair is too high, everything else gets harder to fix.
Then Set Seat Depth
You want support under the thighs without the front edge pressing into the back of the knees. This is where many tall and short users notice problems.
Move Armrests Last
Armrests should support relaxed shoulders, not push them upward. If they hit the desk, lower them or slide them back when typing.
Replace Only After Setup
If the chair still lacks lumbar support, seat depth, or stable adjustment after setup, then replacing it makes sense.
What to compare on Amazon
Use Amazon for current prices, dimensions, recent buyer questions, and availability. I would compare at least two similar products before buying, because small fit details often matter more than the headline feature.
Search Amazon for related products and check current specs before purchasing.
